1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TheVenio™. By accessing or using our websites, event apps, or participating in our events (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Platform.

If you purchase tickets, sponsorships, or other services, those will be governed by additional agreements or contracts specific to such services.

 

2. Scope of Services

TheVenio™ organizes conferences, live events, and curated experiences under proprietary intellectual properties (“Signature IPs”). We may also provide digital extensions of these events (e.g., apps, QR-based tickets, networking platforms).

 

3. Intellectual Property & Content Use

​

All event brands, IPs, content, designs, and materials on this Platform are the property of TheVenio™ and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may:

• Access and use event-related information for personal or organizational use only.
   

You may not:

​

• Copy, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

• Use any data, content, or branding for unauthorized AI training, scraping, or derivative works.
   

4. Changes to Platform or Events

​

TheVenio™ reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any event, feature, or aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of these changes.

 

5. Payments

​

Payments for tickets, sponsorships, or services are processed via Razorpay or other third-party providers. TheVenio™ does not store credit/debit card details. All payments are subject to applicable taxes.

 

6. User Data & Privacy

​

• We collect data such as names, emails, organizations, and payment details to enable event registration and engagement.

• Sponsors/exhibitors may receive attendee details when you consent by scanning QR/badges.

• Data may be transferred internationally if events attract global participants or if events are happening in a global location.

• Data will be retained until the end of the event + up to 10 years for marketing, legal, and compliance purposes.

7. Marketing & Communication

By registering for an event, you consent to receive event updates, newsletters, and marketing communications from TheVenio™. You may opt out at any time via unsubscribe links.

 

8. Third-Party Links & Services

​

Our events and Platform may include links to third-party services (e.g., payment providers, partner platforms). TheVenio™ is not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

​

TheVenio™ provides its Platform and events “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

​

The Venio™ shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from use of our events or Platform.

• Claims resulting from errors, omissions, cancellations, or changes in event programming.
   

 

11. Termination of Access

​

We may suspend or terminate User access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms. Provisions on Intellectual Property, Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law will survive termination.

 

12. Indemnification

​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheVenio™, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

​

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
